A message from our CEO

Korn Ferry is an organization of purpose and impact.

I have seen the incredible potential of our colleagues, clients and communities. Consistent with that spirit, I am proud to formally announce the creation of the Korn Ferry Charitable Foundation.

Our foundation will be focused on assisting people to exceed their potential - whether that is in the boardroom, classroom or living room.

While we are still finalizing details surrounding this new foundation, we have been inspired by the words, actions and emotions of our colleagues around the world in the fight against racism and inequality. The foundation’s first act will be a series of grants to global and local organizations. With input from our Colleague Advisory Council, members of our Diversity Equality and Inclusion practice group as well as many others, the Foundation has selected the following organizations who work with underrepresented populations, helping them access opportunities and sponsorship that are vital to success.

  • Black and Brown Founders
  • Black Girls Code
  • Communities in Schools
  • Executive Leadership Council Foundation
  • Fundación Forge
  • Goodwill
  • LEADership, Education and Development (LEAD)
  • Life Pieces to Masterpieces
  • Management Leadership for Tomorrow
  • LakeStreet Council
  • Women’s Foundation of Minnesota

Leadership Development

This is just the start. We envision supporting additional needs and merit-based scholarships including for children of Korn Ferry employees. We are also reviewing potential partnerships with other organizations to help bring leadership development to unrepresented youth populations and much more.
