Chris has designed and delivered on workplace transformational initiatives such as performance management, manager development, HR effectiveness, employee engagement, talent assessments, D&I, and Talent Strategy.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he was a Partner at Gallup.
Chris has a BS in Finance and Marketing as well as an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Kansas where he was a captain on the Track and Cross-Country teams. He is an active member of his community serving on the Leadership Board of Big Brothers/Big Sisters. He has published numerous articles on workplace optimization as well as serving as a guest speaker on a variety of management practices.
